My neighbor and I need the panel replace as you can see in the photo that it is cracked. Both of us have tripped on the sidewalk and he needs to use a cane and walker. He and his wife are season adults and we don't want anyone else tripping. We would like the entry to the driveway widened as well. When we enter the driveway the tires bump on the sidewalk and it takes a toll on the tires and we don't want to hit the telephone pole. Please and Thank you
