Litter/Trash in the heights is out of control. In 68 years of living I've never seen the streets so filthy. Central Ave is a disgrace. Walk along Kennedy Blvd from Manhattan Ave to JSQ - the streets and tree wells are full of trash as are a lot of the homes/apartment bldgs/businesses along the way. Total, disgusting filth. I was in Union City and No. Bergen today. The streets there are immaculate. They have mayors who actually care about their cities.

It’s an absolute disgrace seeing all of the trash on the sidewalk, in the tree wells of the few trees we have in the Heights. Central, Palisade and JFQ are sadly disgusting. I’m starting to walk around with a garbage picker.
