Can you please convert some of the Permit Parking in the parking lot to 2 hour parking for Grand Avenue library patrons?
The West Orange library had plenty of free parking. If there's an interest in wanting to temporarily bring the West Orange library patrons to the Grand Avenue library while the new library is under construction please temporarily change some of the Permit Parking into 2-hour parking for Grand Avenue library patrons.,

Dear Requester:
The Traffic Advisory Committee (TAC), comprised of representatives from Police, Fire, Engineering, Public Works, and Planning, discussed and reviewed your request to convert some of the existing permit parking spaces to Two Hour Parking at Grand Avenue Library at 306 Walnut Avenue.
The Committee is not able to approve your request. The parking is needed for City employees and is in limited supply for their needs. As an alternative, we suggest library patrons consider utilizing existing on-street parking or nearby parking lots or garages.
