Beschreibung

This is a repeated issue that has been reported on see click fix multiple times. The trash barrels are overflowing, they are never removed from the sidewalk, the shrubbery is completely overgrown and the smell is horrible. It is impossible to walk down this sidewalk but more importantly now there are rats coming from this area. The yard has literally become a rats nest. It is unsanitary and getting worse.
