Yes, I would totally agree that it is hazardous. I would assume you have to wait until warmer weather to patch them, but not sure. I don't think this street has been given any attention by the city and the neglect really shows.

Department of Public Works assigned this issue to Road Repave

Repaving will be great in the spring all over New Haven, but what about now? Can the Department put out hazard/warning markers around some of the larger pot holes in the city? Rough road ahead signs, etc?

That is a great idea to alert drivers of some of the bigger potholes.

This whole area of streets (Fairfield, Ramsdell etc) is covered with potholes. It is now summer and no action has been taken. Property values continue to drop in this area and I can see why. Who wants to live on a street that looks like such a mess.

Half of Fairfield Street has been paved, the other half still has tons of potholes.
