Description
For the County Administration: After Bill 53-23 Solar and Soils passed the County had said it would convene agriculture and solar interests to work out agreements about mitigating soil compaction under ground-based solar arrays and planting deep rooted native species to keep the land moist and arable at the end of the panels' lifecycle.
Now, we're told that OPZ has decided we don't need those standards because the 10 mile construction radius prevents ground based solar in RA. This is untrue - who is going to address the problem and tell OPZ to get to work?
