According to Ingham County website only outstanding taxes are 2014, 2013 and 2010. These could be paid but will not showing up currently on this site.

I am not sure your source of information on back taxes, but if it is the City or County BS&A assessor site, it would not reflect payments that were made to the Treasurer after the information was downloaded to the County, nor reflect any payment arrangements that may have been made. So they may have in fact paid those back taxes before the due date for foreclosure. I just thought I would clarify since it took a while for me to figure that out! ~~Linda
