Descripción

This bike has been locked to the street cleaning sign outside my house since August 2014. The sign is between numbers 624 and 632 Brooklyn Avenue, near the intersection with Hanover. The seat was always gone, but someone has now stolen the tires. Clearly it's abandoned, and is an eyesore. I'm the second person on the block to report this, so if you could come (with lock cutters) and take it away, that would be terrific.
