Descrizione
There is an overgrown pine tree at the health department near the Environmental Health entrance. It is dripping sap onto State cars and dropping pinecones. I am asking that the tree is trimmed back so that it no longer drops pinecones and sap. (the shade it provides is appreciated otherwise).

The tree is healthy and doing fine. If there is a concern about the sap and cones, there seems to be other parking spaces to park. Many trees have things drop from them - acorns, walnuts, fruit. Some tree attract insects and this causes speckling on the ground.
