Please provide the house number where the tree is located, from the photo that tree looks like it is on private property.

857 Montgomery Street. Near basement entrance on Fairmount Terrace. Tree on sidewalk - don't think it is on anyone's property. There is one on the property, and is healthy.

Ones from where rotten branches fall, are on the sidewalk.

There is a separate request to remove fallen branches. When that request is getting addressed, someone can confirm where the private property boundary lines exist.
