I’ll second this. I have to yell at drivers every single day on this street, generally people coming from the end of chapin heading to Lincoln. It’s literally a daily occurrence

I would definitely support this. There have been number of incidences where I have almost been hit by a speeding vehicle. I would even advocate for a round about in the middle of the intersection to force slowdown, if not multiple speed bumps.

I also agree. We live on the corner of Pacific and Chapin, and routinely see people drive through the stop sign on Pacific, and others speed down Chapin. I am all for a four way stop sign on the corner!

I contacted the police department last night about a rampant amount of speeders the last few days and was basically ignored. An officer called and left a voicemail saying they’d add buena vista and chapin but have yet to see a single squad car since that message at 10:30pm. We almost got hit by a speeding car in pacific while truck or treating with our kids and saw two other ones a bunch of us were yelling at to slow down and then almost got hit again next to the cool “stranger things” house on buena vista, minutes later. I’m collecting videos of speeders and if anyone else has some, I think it’s time we start making things difficult at city hall until they do something about this!
