I've seen this before and seriously what is being done already? These people don't care about anyone and I have witnessed the police warn them on several occasions but after a few days they go right back to work.
It is the same family (Gulli) that was running the illegal cake business for awhile and have 3 illegally registered pennsylvania cars on the street everyday too.
I also spoke with the house owner and he has warned them numerous times as well because he said the whole block complains about the noise but they don't care.

This is still going on like crazy. Last night until 2AM and started again this morning at 8:30AM. When is someone going to do something about this noise?

This machinery is going on again all day long? It's definitely some sort of business in a residential area. Heavy duty machines should not be running all day either. I too have seen the police come but they don't care...... Someone from the building dept needs to check this out especially now that's it's warmer out they work like crazy and it's SO LOUD.

Ok, this is getting a bit ridiculous. This post has popped up any number of times in the last 6 months or longer. I dont understand why the Construction Code Enforcement Dept., the Police Department, whaterver Mr. Martello's department is, or any other governmental department in Kearny have not been able to put a stop to this. Somebody needs to get off their *** and do someone once and for all. Enough already. I find it totally incredible that with so many people complaining nothing has been done about this.

Building inspect was at site and found no one working at this location. If it happens please contact Kearny Police. 201-998-1313

Unbelievable, someone FINALLY came by when the guy was at lunch..... He's been out there the rest of the day working.

Just met with owner, he was advised he is not allowed to operate a business without a Zoning permit.
