The appearance of the issue was cleaned up by Prestige power washing to the best of their ability in a timely manner. HOWEVER, on 12/28 the recycling truck came through and leaked hydraulic fluid once again making the street unsightly again if not worse than before.

I have pictures and video of what the street looked like before and after the recycling truck came through. Whichever truck is being used should be checked so that this problem does not continue to occur.

And we are back again :( ...this is the third time reporting this issue. The company(Prestige power washing) has come out twice to clean up the hydraulic fluid and while it was dissolving; the recycling truck comes through again and deposits even more fluid on the surface. The issue is now so bad, it will take more manpower to clean this up. The pic attached were taken on 3/23/2024. I have more if needed but only allowed to load one.

Is it possible to determine which recycling truck is being assigned to our neighborhood (The Orchards as Tradition) and get it repaired once and for all? I have noticed the other neighborhoods are not having this problem. Let's make our streets beautiful again. Thank you :) Let's restore the view.

Once again the trash service vendor has been alerted to the concern. They will investigate both the truck and the stains and act according in a timely manner.

This area has been power washed once again.

And we're back again...I confirm that the area was completely covered by the power wash company in order to remove the stains from the street. The company was out on 4/7 and 4/8 to complete and check a few areas. However, when the recycling truck(#2441) came through around 4:25pm the hydralic spots returned. :( I have enclosed before and after photos. The power wash company is doing their part. However, the truck is still leaving stains. It will only get worse week after week if not resolved. Thank you.
