Construction workers illegally parking in Garford Alley behind 711 York Street. This prevents residents of 618 Maine Street from accessing garage. This creates a safety hazard and parking is illegal in the alley. Workers have been asked not to park in a way that blocks garage over 5 times, but it continues.
