One car parked blocking curb ramp (CA plate 4YUK733) and another one right behind it parked in red zone (CO plate 476 OFQ), westbound 40th St at Clarke. Illegal parking here is a regular occurrence, and makes using this already tricky crosswalk even more dangerous.
