At the tree near corner of Locke and Woodbridge, a steady heaving from root growth over the years has made the section of brick sidewalk a hazard. Other areas of the city have utilized a flexible material in these cases which may or may not be beneficial here. Vertical brick displacement is roughly 1.5-2” in the worst areas.
