Description

Encampment on Mandela Parkway median, previously reported by others on 12/3/23, has grown by 3x the size over 3 weeks due to hoarding and is now blocking over half the width of the pathway. 12/24/23 photo.

A. On the Mandela Parkway center median, east side of walking path, about 160 feet south of 24th Street.
