Manhole is at entrance to alley on south side of street by corner park (side closer to det. River). Cement around the manhole is caving in and creating a sinkhole.

DWSD Supervisor assessed location today and determined that job needs to be turned over to DWSD contractor for repairs. However, no date can be given at this time.
