Description

Madison Pizza and Subs continues to violate the trash ordinance daily and create vermin and health issues in the area. They consistently have upwards of 12 trash cans piled to double the height sometimes with trash that is accessible for people to tear into and scatter in the neighborhood, and for rats and cockroaches. It's disgusting and there's no excuse that this has not been addressed given it's in plain sight. Fine this business until they stop these violations. They are making a lot of money off their business if they generate this much trash and have a responsibility to hire a trash removal company that will remove it daily if necessary. Businesses should also be required to recycle. So much is going into the landfills because businesses and individual residents aren't recycling in areas where it's critical that they do so.
