Description

Would it be possible to have these broken limbs and trash removed from the property connected to Beebee school on Elm Street. There are many broken tree limbs and someone always dumps their old pumpkins and rotten potted plants right on this land. It's got to be a resident who lives near by. It's always a mess there. There are dead mice/rats on the grass and I don't know if it's from all the smashed pumpkins or the dumpsters at Beebee school. The park itself is cared for but not this area on Elm Street. Would it be possible to get it cleaned up and have a no dumping sign put there?
