Can you verify the address for us. We do not have a 74-76 Henry St listed. We have either 72-74 or 78 Henry St. Can you let us know which one of the two addresses you are reporting about?
Thanks

The trees are before the sidewalk and on the property, which makes it the responsibility of the owner (via Google Maps). The properties next to 72-74 Henry St have a tree placed between the street and the sidewalk. A City tree is identified if the tree is placed between the street and the sidewalk.
Since you mentioned that it was trimmed, it seems the property owner has been dealing with this.
Only option I can do is to inform the City Forester to inspect but the case will be dismissed as per the tree at 72 Henry St are not the City's.
