Just before you reach the HRT bus stop there is a pot hole fairly close to the residents home that needs to be filled. Drivers are trying to miss this hole by using the residents yard as a way to get around the pothole.

April this is not the cities system. It is a 3rd party site not monitored by the city of Hampton anymore. They have both electronic and phone reporting systems that they maintain directly. Over on the right just above the location map there is a box that says where did this report go if you click it no where is it listed that the city of Hampton as a watcher or receiver of these reports. Also it is not MY 311 number 311 is Hampton's dedicated reporting system that has been in place for quite a few years. Nowhere on the City of Hampton website does it indicate that they any 3rd party reporting systems other then: http://www.hampton.gov/311/
this is taken directly from the city website Citizens now have easy, convenient access by simply dialing 3-1-1. If you live outside of the city limits or are using a cell phone, you can reach us by dialing 757.727.8311.
