The hanging utility wires in front of 46 and 32 Emerson have remained a problem for well over a month. One wire hangs down touching the ground. The other wire is low and easily reachable by children and dogs. I reported this in December, and have had no response. I don't know if these are phone wires or electrical wires, so I don't know who to call. I have tried to reach Eversource at the number you provided about this, but have spent long periods on hold, and I've had no response. Please let me know if I should be reporting this to another authority or department who would be responsible to fix this issue, and if so, please provide me with contact information. Thank you.
