Vehicles with EXTREMELY LOUD exhaust and BASS stereos are constantly creating noise in this town!! Residents should not have to put up with it anymore!! We are tired of being woken up at 3:00 AM by LOUD EXHAUST and BONE-RATTLING BASS NOISE from people's vehicles!! Please TICKET and TOW vehicles which are violating NOISE ORDINANCES!!
