Description

This road has been broken and repaired every few weeks - which I felt was inefficiently using public resources.

Now we have a temporary metal slab covering the dug out road. This is creating a disturbing noise every time a car passes over the metal slab. I have personally woken up from sleep due to this noise and feel it's been disturbing many others living in the nearby apartment complex as well. Please help resolve this issue. Thank you.
