There is so much wrong with this listing by Georgina Zala of Charles river Properties. 7 bedrooms and two baths with each room being offered for $1,200 each? This is zoned as residential NOT a lodging house or hotel. "Darin Associates", 355 BOSTON AVENUE LLC, and DARIN S. SAMARAWEERA should be ashamed of their cash grab of a slumlord rental.

A. There are two legal bathrooms in this building but the listing has 2 bathrooms for the upper unit alone. Either the residents on the first floor pee in a bucket or there is an unpermitted bathroom. There are 5 legal bedrooms for this whole building. Assuming one is for the lower unit. A. This advertising is directed towards students. It is trying to squeeze 7 unrealted students into ONE unit starting June 1. I'm sure there are 7 students in there right now if you go knock on the door.
