This is zoned as residential NOT a lodging house or hotel. "Darin Associates", 355 BOSTON AVENUE LLC, and DARIN S. SAMARAWEERA should be ashamed of their cash grab of a slumlord rental.

Either the residents on the first floor pee in a bucket or there is an unpermitted bathroom. There are 5 legal bedrooms for this whole building. Assuming one is for the lower unit.
