There are numerous tobacco advertisements on roadside signs along New Bern. Also a bunch of Kevin Hargrave's signs are back up too.

If you know where this cigarette business is located, please let us know and we will contact them. We have been repeatedly unable to contact the "Bad credit" owner and have not been able to catch any of their contractors erecting signs. We will try to remove these signs but with only 6 inspectors for the entire City we could use some help, so if you or your neighbors choose to remove them and throw them out, it would help us.

I know what I have heard about these cigarettes. They aint quite legal. They don't have any stamps.

We have removed the tobacco signs and returned them to the business. Our inspector warned them about possible fines if they reappear.
