Food Service Facility inspection completed for a change of ownership on 2-22-2024 by Jennifer Kenney. The new owners are making changes to the plumbing, flooring, and walls without a building permit. The roof is leaking into the food area, there is a GRU inside that the owner reports he self-installed and which does not work, the floor is in serious disrepair, there is a draft in the space between the bathroom and walk-in freezer and the gaps in the roof and flooring are posing a serious rodent problem (rats at the dumpster area and mice inside).
