On Magnolia Dr, beside this corner address is a sewer access cover, Immediately downhill from the cover the pavement has started to sag very noticeably in the last month or so. Concern is there may be a broken sewer pipe eroding the ground, not to mention a possible clog backing up sewage into my home.
