The house right next to us has an extremely overgrown city tree with aggressive root invasion into our backyard drainage pipe The backyard is flooding. Pipe at street totally obstructed by roots not allowing drainage due to street obstruction ...need fixed asap! Pipe needs to be drilled out to clear roots so our back yard can drain !
