Traffic light turns red even though there are no cars on side street and no pedestrians and school is not in session.
Waste of time and fuel waiting at light for non-existent vehicles on side street.
Fix the timing on this damn light. Make it a trip light or a smart light. Actually, the light isn't needed at all. The street is one way. So, vehicles on side street stop then turn right when no traffic is coming. Not a high traffic volume area. Why is there a light to begin with?
