Description

The tree on the border of our property and 1985 Chapel sprouts roots up through the ground, complicating lawn maintenance, and sprouts limbs in the trunk which extend onto the neighbors' property and obstruct their driveway and view of the street. Replacing this with a "cleaner" variety of Elm would be appreciated.
