Also for the reasoning of why the're dysfunctional, either being timing, causing traffic, light not appearing and etc.

1. Columbus Blvd & Front St. They cycle through 5 separate cycles, which backs up traffic on the highway and is a useless series of cycles.
2. Buses coming off Fastrak at the Asylum/Highway/Busway entrance are out of sync
3. Traffic lights are on the same cycle for Rush hour as they are at 5AM, causing traffic to blow right through red lights at 5AM because there's usually no one around.
4. Corner of Jewell & Trumbull were never adjusted for Jewell construction...
5. In many locations sequentially they all turn red and all turn green at the same time rather than be sequential.
And on and on and on and on.. It is extremely dangerous because the dysfunctional lights have taught bad behavior.
