Description

In the photo you can see a distinct change in the road surface color and where these two meet the road has heaved and acts like a speed bump in the middle of highway. The size of this bump changes with the time of year as the roadway expands and shrinks. I have also seen larger trucks get bucked around as they go over this bump. This is in all lanes west bound but the bump seems smaller going east bound.
