Speed limit sign knocked down

Heading up Little Cottonwood Canyon Road, there is a HUGE tree that is only packed with little soil that is going to fall over really soon, either onto LCC or onto a traveling motorist heading EB just before mile marker 10. Can you please take a look at the area and see if the tree needs to be removed before it causes damage?

There is a bump in the road on the on-ramp heading NB on I-215 from 6200 South. The bump is between the transition of concrete / asphalt and needs to be grinded down. Dangerous when driven over. Please fix asap

There is a stop sign that is down and is lying on the side of the road. heading EB on 5400 Souh & 4880 West

There are LOTS of deep and dangerous potholes on Redwood Road north of Bangerter Highway where it crosses Redwood Road, approximately between 12600 South - 14000 South, both directions. Please fix these pot holes asap

There is graffiti along the West side on the beams near the walkway bridge on Redwood Road approx. 7500 South.

Graffiti on SR-111 and 7600 South, on the bridge, both directions.

Graffiti is under the vidock on 764 West and 8th West / South Temple.

Pot hole on 7th E. and 11000 South

Griffiti on the bridge SR 201 around 1100 West

Pot Hole in the middle lane, n/b 215 before Redwood Road exit.

Pothole on 9th East and 7100 South in the intersection, S/B turning left . Also, other Pothole on 9th East and 6600 South

Street name sign is down on 220 South & State St. from a car accident. Please replace the down sign.

The Pedestrian Crossing on 11400 South and under I-15 is not working. It needs to be changed

The stop sign is down and needs to be replaced at Motor Park Avenue, which is 10865 South State Street, heading Eastbound. Rhonda with Sandy City reported this to UDOT Region Two.

Heading NB on Bangerter Highway @ Parkway Blvd., there has been for 3 weeks now, pieces of carpet, mattresses and garage that needs to be cleaned up. This is in the inside lying next to the median. Please remove the debris before it gets out into traffic and causes problems.

Could you please take a look at the area and repair the damaged / missing pieces of Sound Wall near 700 North & 500 West, off of I-80 in Salt Lake.

The Pothole is in the North east corner of 1900 North and Redwood Rd

Going N/B on Van Winkler, I feel this area needs a Right Turn lane with an arrow on the right lane on to Vine Street. It's very dangerous because some people are using this lane to go straight and others people are using the far right lane for a right turn lane.
