Description

Tennant now has trailer someones staying in, visible from back alley. not for vacation as they don't have a car.Took contents of burn barrell and dumped in alley behind 300. Has upholstered car seat, roofing materials, overflowing trash bins ( never put out to be picked up) boxes of debris, car hacked up on fence panel laying down, its a mess. Supposedly the city 'remediated' in january. This is a known drug house, and the city is turning a blind eye.
