Fence blocks visibility for cars stopped on 1st trying to turn right onto Canal. This is a difficult intersection anyway because of the hill, and with the fence and the dumpster it is impossible to see without advancing into the traffic lane. Also, pedestrians are forced into the road because there is no sidewalk on the other side.

Leave open so everyone can see whether or not public works does anything. This is a dangerous situation that needs to be addressed. It is a duplicate issue because nothing has been done.

Yesterday there was a third report of this problem, made on 4/22 and closed, just as this one was. It no longer appears in SeeCkickFix as either open or closed. Its CRS number is no longer published for follow up. What happened to it?

Your concern has been placed in the CRS system for the appointed department to begin working on this concern. I can no longer find the one that was closed (It used to show up in a search for "canal" and now it does not.) Please post its seeclickfix issue number and the public works request number assigned to it. I want to be able to cite all three reports when I call for follow-up.
