The sidewalk on the east side of Imperial St between Hillcrest Ave and 2700 S is horrible. There are several elderly people in the neighborhood as well as an individual in a wheelchair/electric chair who have to go into the street to navigate around them. This has to be a serious liability if they were to get hit by a car.
