45th street from Telegraph all the way to Market street has extensive potholes. The city identified them last year by circling them with paint bt they have never been fixed. The potholes on the speed bumps are the worst. The entire street needs to be paved,. The City of Emeryville paved 45th from Market to Adeline. Oakland needs to do the same.
