Description

The sign in front of the Ted Spearman Justice Center, is 8’ 10” x 4’, which not counting the base = 35.33 sq ft, per face, not including the base. It appears to violate
COBI Code 15.08.090 B. Freestanding Signs.

This matter was referred to Mayor Joe Deets on 3-16-24, but that office has been non-responsive, so it is unknown whether the matter has been brought to your attention.

Please advise if the Code reading is incorrect or if a variance has been permitted for this sign.
