This is the apartment building I live on. I moved in August of 2023. The city has delt with this property before as pictured. These pictures were taken last week. This building is falling apart, quite literally brick by brick. One of the tenants was almost hit buy these bricks last week. There are many more issues inside the building as well. I have submitted several requests with the rental company, Daisy Lane, to address these issues but I fear they will do nothing because they have the building up for sale as of now. Something needs to be done before we the tenants are injured or passerbys.
