According to the owner of 20 Beacon Ave., "this property is having construction work done and they have a dumpster in their alleyway. They've continued to allow screws, nails and small bits of metal to land in the front car port of 20 Beacon Ave. The owner of 20 Beacon Ave. said, those nails and screws ended up causing her to have 2 flat tires and they've also allowed cement to fall onto the cloth convertible top of her car. This is an ongoing problem that's been reported before, but the inspector wrote "no cause for action at that time."
