Description
Man living on Bandstand. I would love to have my wedding on the bandstand, but there's a man living there. I was told he has been there for a while. Why is this allowed. I would like to rent the bandstand, but he gets to live there free for year. The city is going broke, but you allow someone to live on a rentable space that can't be used because of one person that refuses to leave. This is unacceptable!!! If I didn't pay my rent I would be evicted.
