Thank you for reporting this issue to us via SeeClickFix St. Pete. Complaints about conditions at the sites of active construction projects are reported directly to Construction Services and Permitting so that they can send a building inspector to the site to resolve the issue - For any further info needed, please call 727-893-7231.
Noise issues from construction outside set construction hours are only enforceable by the St. Pete Police. While authorized construction hours are defined as; Construction activities shall not occur Monday through Friday prior to 7:00 a.m. and shall cease operations prior to 7:00 p.m. Saturdays and nationally recognized holidays prior to 9:00 a.m. and shall cease operations prior to 6:00 p.m. and Sundays prior to 11:00 a.m. and shall cease operations by 5:00 p.m., but this schedule does not restrict staff arrival and deliveries.
