Complaints about conditions at the sites of active construction projects are reported directly to Construction Services and Permitting so that they can send a building inspector to the site to resolve the issue - For any further info needed, please call 727-893-7231.
Noise issues from construction outside set construction hours are only enforceable by the St. Pete Police. While authorized construction hours are defined as; Construction activities shall not occur Monday through Friday prior to 7:00 a.m. and shall cease operations prior to 7:00 p.m. Saturdays and nationally recognized holidays prior to 9:00 a.m. and shall cease operations prior to 6:00 p.m. and Sundays prior to 11:00 a.m. and shall cease operations by 5:00 p.m., but this schedule does not restrict staff arrival and deliveries.
