Description

Every year the hobos and drunks move in to the park and nothing is done about it.
I called TPD yesterday and nothing happened. Vagrant sleeping in the small kids playground equipment for the past three nights. Had his pants down yesterday and scared off all the moms and kids. I wake up this morning to find he's still camped there.
