Your complaint has been received and an investigation will be initiated.

Staff checked the area on April 4 and noted only small areas in the location where water is pooling on the road (including with the rain). Staff advised that the water will not cover the sidewalk, unless there is ice at the curb blocking drainage to the storm drain (which may have happened in the past). In addition, Staff investigated the sidewalk between the units and noted it was wet; however, it was noted there was no pooling water (please note the City is not responsible for items/issues on private property). Therefore, as a result of the above, the investigation is now complete and this file is closed.
