We pay for our sidewalks to be fixed only to have them littered with signs. 15.08.040 Prohibits advertising a business or organization not located on the parcel containing the business or organization except signs erected by the state of Washington. This sign is right in front of a crosswalk by the bank in fonr of blackbird bakery, and right on art work we comissioned. This is illegal our city needs to enforce the laws we have.
