No one has legally resided in 108 Bates St. NW for at least five years. Recently dealers have broken in and periodically use it as a stash house for the neighborhood. Even though the property has, supposedly, been recently sold in a tax auction, nothing has been done to the house. Please send someone out to board up the lower rear windows and keep it from falling into a worse state.
